Backordered Items

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an approximate date of availability.

If less than 50% of your entire order is on backorder, we will ship the available items, and ship the backordered items once they become available. If more 50% or more of your items ordered are on backorder, we will wait until all of the items are available to ship.

If you would like to cancel those items on backorder, please notify us at questions@qualityorder.com (please reference your order number) and we will remove those items from your order and refund your credit card for those cancelled items.
